Certiport Singapore - Company Funding Support
Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) is a national programme to help re-develop the skills of workers especially those who are lower-skilled, less educated or more matured by enhancing their competency and employability with training and skills upgrading.
With SRP training, workers can upgrade their skills and be more productive. It will also enable them to take on higher roles and responsibilities, equip them to provide better services, perform multi-tasking and get prepared for new jobs and challenges to meet evolving business needs.
To re-skill, SRP provide attractive incentive to help employers defray training and manpower cost through course fee and absentee payroll funding respectively.

| Skills Development Fund (SDF) |
The Skills Development Fund (SDF) was established in October 1979 with the institution of the Skills Development Levy (SDL) Act with the primary objective of encouraging employers to invest in skills upgrading of the workforce. The SDF does this by offering assistance as an incentive to companies to mount training programmes for employees.
